This nostalgic Christmas card features a photo held in the Photo Archive of men digging snow out of fourareens in their noost at Stivlar, Nortavoe, to make a trip to the shop at Mid Yell, 1947. Photography by J. Peterson. Photo Archive number: 00502P
The inside message reads Göd Yöl, meaning Good Yule in Shetland.
