Shipping policy

Shipping terms:

For the purpose of sending orders outside of the UK, the customer will act as the importer of these goods. This means that you (the customer) will be responsible for paying any import VAT and customs duties, if applicable, based on your country's own rates before you receive the goods. You are responsible for these charges and they are not included in shipping costs. This means your order is shipped to you with the inco terms delivery duty unpaid.

Shipping service:

Our preferred shipping provider is Royal Mail.

Within the UK, we ship using Royal Mail 2nd class on orders under 1kg, and 1st class Signed For on orders over 1kg.

We use International Tracked delivery to ship all our goods overseas, with the exception of printed hat patterns which are sent by International Priority (untracked). If you require your order more urgently, please contact sales@shetlandamenity.org and we can arrange an alternative shipping method and payment.

Domestic (UK) delivery charges:

Single hat patterns: £1.70
Up to 1kg: £4.20
1kg - 2kg: £5.95
2kg - 10kg: £7.65
10kg - 20kg: £12.35

International delivery charges:

Our delivery charges are calculated by both weight and destination.

To check your delivery charge, add items to your shopping basket and go to checkout. You will have the option to return and adjust your order before proceeding to payment.

Please note that orders weighing over 2kg will be sent in multiple parcels.
