Aister ‘oo’ is 100% Shetland Wool.

Our family have been tending the croft at Aister for 100’s of years. Generation after generation have followed the same tradition: breeding and rearing sheep to sell, to eat, and, of course, to produce the finest wool for making world-famous knitwear.

It is testament to the hard work of our ancestors, that we now bring to market this exclusive range of spun 2-ply yarn in natural and dyed shades.

All originate from the Aister Croft in Cunningsburgh, Shetland Islands.
